Data Deletion

You can delete your ModelChorus account and the personal information associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what deletion does and does not remove.

1. Deleting your account

If you can sign in, you can delete your account yourself:

• Sign in to ModelChorus with the account you want to delete.
• Open your account settings.
• Select "Delete account" and confirm.

Deletion begins immediately and cannot be undone. It runs in stages, so it may take a short time to finish.

2. What deletion removes

We delete your account, your profile information, your email address, and any sign-in methods linked to it — including a linked Facebook or Google account. Any in-progress activity is deleted outright.

Model comparisons you already completed are kept, but they are anonymized: the link between that content and you is removed, so it can no longer be traced back to your account. We keep it because it contributes to the public model ratings, which would otherwise be distorted retroactively.

3. If you cannot sign in

If you signed in with Facebook or Google and have since removed our app from that account, you may no longer be able to sign in — and so no longer able to use the steps above. Email us instead and we will delete your data for you. Write from the email address associated with the account, or tell us which sign-in method you used, so we can identify the right account.
